Website content is everything that makes up an ecommerce website. The homepage, the FAQ, About Us, and the product descriptions are all vital to the overall quality of your website.

Quality Website Content Is:

  • Written in proper English. This means gramatically correct and using proper punctuation.
  • Completely error free. The slightest mistake - using 'except' instead of 'accept', for example, is a common error that could severely affect (not effect!) the quality of your webpage.
  • Visually appealing! Easy to read, right to the point, and relays the message clearly. Several breaks, subheadings, bulletted lists, and highlighted points are the key to what sets website content apart from quality website content.
  • Contains limited elements of SEO. Yes, even your website content can boost your search engine ranking, if done properly.

Quality website content is important to your e-commerce website, just like cleanliness is important to a restaurant.

Imagine walking into a 5-star rated restaurant, a place that has received top reviews from all the local critics.
